Application process

You have to go through three steps in order to accomplish this process. These steps include:

1. 1. obtain the application package
   2. Pay the costs related to your application
   3. Submit your application

Present your biometrics:

You need to know where your biometrics should be submitted during the application process. The Specified time for submitting your fingerprints and photograph (biometrics) is usually after your application has been submitted.

Step 1 – obtain the application package:

The application package that you get, should include a guide and a document checklist. You can also use the guide to fill out the forms correctly.

• • Fill in the general application form for Canada [IMM 0008] (553.83 KB, PDF) on your computer.

Then:

1. 1. Inside the form, click the “Validate” button. In case of incomplete filling of the form, the desired sections will be marked in red.
   2. Print the previous validated form with the barcode page or pages.
   3. Sign the printed form and date it.
   4. Put in all requested pages, including barcode pages, upon your application form.
   5. Print other forms and, if necessary, sign and date.

• • To avoid shortcomings in your documents, collect all the supporting information specified in the document checklist (PDF, 384.24 KB).

All information, forms, signatures, documents, language test results and fees we charge you are required to be included. If the entered information is defective or deficient, your application will be incomplete and will be returned to you without processing.

If it becomes clear to us that you have misrepresented yourself, or in other words, given us incorrect information or refused to provide important details, it is possible that: 1- Your request will be rejected 2. You will be banned from entering Canada for any reason for five years. 3- Recognized as inadmissible

Step 2 – Pay for your application:

You have to pay your expenses online. Your expenses usually include things like: 1- The right of permanent Residence fee (RPRF)

2. Processing costs for you and everyone you put in your application

3- Third party costs

4- Biometric

You can learn more about your costs by reading the instruction manual. Depending on the circumstances, you may have to pay extra in the process. These costs can include: police certificates, medical exams and language tests.

Biometric cost

In most cases, a biometrics fee will be charged when you submit your application. Otherwise, your work process may be delayed. The cost of fingerprints and digital photos is included in the cost of biometrics.

After completing the application and paying the biometric fee in full, we will send you a confirmation letter regarding the submission and the time of it.

It should be noted that it is necessary to show this letter when submitting the biometric. Since biometrics presentations are done in person, find a collection point close to you and be sure to book an appointment.

Step 3 – Submit your application:

To ensure that your application is complete, you should consider the following:

1. 1. Attach all specified documents
   2. Sign wherever requested
   3. Answer all the questions
   4. Attach a copy of your processing receipt to your application

You must mail your complete application to the address in the instruction manual. If we see any defects, your application will be sent to you In order to fix the errors, and after fixing the faults, you will resend your request. It should be noted that you should not send your application to any other processing center or other visa offices under any circumstances.
